Gifts and toys were in abundant supply at St. Mary’s Hospital for Children when Dr. Moby Kazmi of CoPilot – a third party hub service that is a liason between providers and insurance companies – and his family visited for our first annual Christmas in July. For the past eight years, Dr. Kazmi and his family have visited St. Mary’s Kids during the holiday season to distribute a wide array of toys, games and special gifts to our excited young patients and this time was no different.
Each of St. Mary’s Kids had an opportunity to request a gift from the CoPilot team, which Dr. Kazmi and his family then personally delivered. Dr. Kazmi and his family also spent ample time interacting with St. Mary’s Kids, making each child feel special.
“My family and I look forward to visiting the children every year” said Dr. Kazmi. “To see the smiles on their faces is what inspires us. The entire CoPilot staff are strong advocates for children with special needs and medically complex conditions, and we will continue to do our best to support St. Mary’s Kids.”
CoPilot’s mission for excellence extends beyond their day-to-day operations, in the form of social awareness and helping the surrounding communities. A key component to CoPilot’s corporate culture is encouraging their team to make a positive difference by volunteering their time, resources and financial contributions to help improve the lives of others.
Each day, through donating time and providing all kinds of support, CoPilot is brightening the lives of thousands in their community, including St. Mary’s Kids.
