Independent Home Care Contractor Opportunities
Join the St. Mary’s Healthcare System for Children home rehabilitation community in an independent contractor capacity with St. Mary’s Home Care, a special needs certified home health agency (CHHA). We’re recruiting participants for a pediatric spinal cord injury study exploring how transcutaneous spinal stimulation (tSCS) may support postural control and functional independence in children with incomplete SCI.
Eligible participants:
✅ Ages 5-18
✅ >6 months post-injury
✅ Medically stable
The study includes 12 weeks of intensive OT (5 days/week), electrical stimulation over the skin and spinal segments, and upper extremity functional assessments — all under an IRB approved protocol.
