How will I pay for services?
St. Mary’s Community Care Professionals will work directly with your insurance company to arrange for payment. Arrangements for private payment can be made by contacting CCP.

How will I know what services I will need?
Before services are initiated, a registered nurse will come to your home and assess the needs of the patient and family. Based on that assessment and in coordination with the physician, the nurse will develop a comprehensive care plan. The care plan along with the recommended services will be fully explained to you.

Do you only provide services to children?
Community Care Professionals has clinicians and support staff experienced in working with both acutely and chronically ill children and adults.
