Home Care
Our Care Extends into Your Homes
St. Mary’s believes that in most cases, home is the most appropriate care delivery setting for children to heal and thrive. St. Mary’s pioneered the first Home Care program for children in New York over 25 years ago, and today still remains the largest and most comprehensive provider of services to children with special healthcare needs. Over the years, we have enhanced our programs to include both long- and short-term services through a vast network of home and community programs
Our services include combinations of professional healthcare services and life assistance services that are tailored to meet the needs of our families. Services may include medical or psychological care, nursing care, rehabilitation therapies, personal care assistance, home health aides, wound care, medication management, pain management, disease education and management, pastoral care, complementary care, equipment needs, home modifications, and coordination of care.
