From Long Island

Take first exit, 26th Ave. Turn left at the light at end of exit ramp onto 26th Ave. Proceed to Bell Blvd. and make a right. Left onto 29th Ave. and proceed down 29th Ave. to Hospital entrance / parking.

Brooklyn

Belt Parkway to Cross Island Parkway North. Continue on Cross Island to Northern Blvd. West Exit. Proceed on Northern Blvd. and turn right onto Bell Blvd. Proceed on Bell on 29th Ave. Turn right onto 29th Ave. and proceed down 29th Ave. to Hospital entrance / parking.

BY LONG ISLAND RAILROAD

Port Washington Branch to Bayside Station and exit onto Bell Blvd. Q13 Bus on Bell Blvd. to 29th Ave. Walk East on 29th Ave. to 216th street and Hospital entrance. (Taxi service also available at Bayside Station Platform.)

BY SUBWAY / BUS

#7 Flushing IRT to Main Street Flushing. - (BUS) Q13 Bus (Fort Totten Bus) to 29th Ave. & Bell Blvd. Walk East (Toward water) on 29th Ave. to 216th Street and Hospital entrance.

BY CAR

From Manhattan, East Side

Take East River Drive (FDR North); exit at Willis Ave. Bridge to Major Deegan North (87 North). Stay on Major Deegan as it becomes NYS Thruway. Exit at Route 100, Central Ave. Exit 5 (on right). Continue on Route 100 and exit Sprain Brook Parkway North (on left). Continue on Sprain Brook North as it becomes the Taconic Parkway North.

Continue North on Taconic and exit at 9A/100. Take 9A North through 3 lights. About 1/2 mile past the 3rd light, look for the small sign marked Cedar Lane (on the right). Exit at Cedar Lane and turn left at the Stop Sign. Proceed about 1/2 mile and make a left onto St. Mary's to parking and main building.

From Manhattan, West Side

Take West Side Highway to Henry Hudson Parkway North to Saw Mill River Parkway North as it becomes Taconic Parkway North. See directions in second paragraph above.

From Nassau / Suffolk / Northeast Queens

LIE or Grand Central Parkway to Clearview Expressway North (295 North) to Throgs Neck Bridge. Continue over Throggs Neck to I-95 North. Exit right at Hutchinson River Parkway North to Cross County Expressway West to Sprain Brook Parkway North. Continue on Sprain Brook North as it becomes the Taconic Parkway North. Alternate Queens Route for Northwest Queens

Brooklyn / Queens Express Way North (278 North) to Triborough Bridge. At Bruckner / Triborough Bridge divide, continue to first exit, White Plains Road (Note: Do not take the first Bruckner Exchange to New England). Follow Bruckner Service Road through 2 lights, and turn Right onto Soundview Ave. Follow signs for the Bronx River Parkway North. Continue past one intersection (traffic light is on the curbside, not overhead). Merge left after light for Bronx River Parkway North exit. Continue on Bronx River Parkway North 7 miles and merge left for Sprain Brook Parkway North. Continue on Sprain Brook Parkway North as it becomes the Taconic Parkway North. From New Jersey / Rockland

Tappan Zee Bridge to Cross Westchester Expressway East (287 East). Exit 1 to Saw Mill River Parkway North. Continue on Saw Mill as it becomes the Taconic Parkway North. See second paragraph under Manhattan directions above.
