St. Mary’s is pleased to announce the launch of HIGH-5, an employee recognition program that motivates, empowers, and rewards top performers. All active employees are eligible for nomination during the program year from June ‘09 through May’10, and can receive a HIGH-5 by demonstrating one or more of the HIGH-5 values: helpfulness, innovation, going the extra mile, and handling challenges.
Employees can be nominated by co-workers, patient families, volunteers, managers, or vendors.
